Alpha 0.5 Release
Hello folks! Here I am again with another Alpha update! Happy to announce that Police are finally in the game! They'll be the main adversary force that punishes you if campers leave from becoming suspicious multiple times. There are a couple new props and lots of balancing. I've also done lots of work to migrate Dawn of the Director to the latest version of Unity which also involved changing over to the Universal Render Pipeline and ShaderGraph. That wasn't easy but now I'm happy with the state of the game and want to get another round of feedback before moving into the Beta stage. See the full changelog bellow.
A note on pricing: The next release will be the first Beta, which will be a closed Beta. This is subject to change, but my current thinking is any purchase above 2$ will unlock the beta and the full game upon release. Stay tuned!
--- New Stuff
- Added Police. They know you are up to no good so beware!
- Added Sleeping Gas. A new contraption that puts campers to sleep within a small radius
- Added Hidden Hand. Hides from view until a camper gets too close, giving them quite the fright!
- New Studio Suspicion stat that acts sort of like the GTA wanted level. Releasing quality films will decrease the level.
- Updated Cabin with much more detail.
- Updated Bush scenery that now allows the player to hide inside.
- Many balances to camper courage stats, rewarding a higher film score when the player is able to scare a courageous camper.
- New camper faces with improved quality.
- New 'How to Play' guide in the About section of the menu.
- Added small log scenery prop.
- New outline shader.
- Improved material quality on all props and models.
- Mustaches are now meshes instead of a flat texture.
- Added many more 'tool-tips' to the gameplay UI.
- More suggested film, studio, and camper names.
- Removed old unused assets.

- Fixed an issue with dogs not barking.
- Fixed an issue with GIF playback being too fast.
- Fixed an issue with cooldown UI not showing proper value.
- Fixed an issue with how fear was calculated.
- Fixed many pathing issues with props.
- Fixed an issue with Camper stat UI not showing accurate value.
- Fixed an issue with Wander-bot not choosing targets correctly
- Fixed an issue where Wander-bot would chase the rabbit while not filming
